Will I lose my files?
No. We back up documents, photos, bookmarks, passwords and email before touching anything, then verify everything with you on handover.
Can you make my old, slow laptop usable again?
Usually, yes — a clean install plus an SSD upgrade (where it pays) transforms most 4–8 year old machines. If it genuinely isn’t worth it, we’ll tell you before spending a dollar.
Do you come to our office or do we bring machines?
Both. Drop off single machines, or book on-site days for whole offices — we’ve done both across Harare.
